We're building a greenfield WhatsApp conversational bot embedded into our money remittance platform.
Here, prompt engineering is not an afterthought — it’s the heart of the product. You’ll design prompts and flows that keep the conversation useful, natural, and on track, even when users try to take it sideways.

In your role, you'll join one of our eight Scrum teams, each responsible for various platform components. We currently have open positions across teams, including Mobile backend, MT Public API, Compliance, Anti-Fraud, and Retail Network Portal and Tools.
Your focus will be on high-load microservices that process real transactions, with ownership of the entire development cycle. You'll also participate in Technical Design Reviews with our top engineers, working with a modern tech stack and gaining opportunities to learn new skills.
As a Software Engineer, you will work with our business stakeholders to understand their needs, propose and design solutions, implement AI-driven features, develop automated tests in partnership with QA automation teams, automate infrastructure and CI/CD processes based on our existing templates and foundations, and set up production observability tools.
Deep knowledge of Golang, C#, Java, Python, Ruby, or C++
Systems knowledgeExperience with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems
DevOps BasicsStrong knowledge of Docker, Git and at least one major cloud provider (AWS (preferred), Azure, GCP)
Design PatternsStrong understanding and practical application of modern design patterns
